Ellen's priorities

Ellen's campaign is built on three core principles that will guide her work as a Town Councilor: Innovation, Accountability, and Performance.

• Innovation: As the world changes, a responsive government must adapt. Ellen promises an energetic and open-minded approach as well as creative solutions to tackle the issues that matter. 

• Accountability: A well-functioning government is an open government. Ellen is committed to ensuring that all town decisions, from committee meetings to zoning changes and contractor appointments, are conducted in the open and are easily accessible to the public. She believes that residents have a right to know how their town operates and how decisions are being made. A Town Councilor's primary role is to serve their constituents. 

• Performance: The Town of Onondaga needs a proactive government that addresses challenges head-on. Ellen will push for tangible progress on community projects and will work to revitalize town initiatives. She will advocate for a more dynamic and effective government that gets things done for its residents.
